1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website clipitsg.top, booking classes, or using any services provided by ClipitSG B.V. ("ClipitSG," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ClipitSG provides dance fitness classes including but not limited to:

• Zumba Fitness classes
• Hip Hop Dance classes
• Dance Cardio sessions
• Related fitness and wellness services

4. Membership and Class Bookings

4.1 Class Booking

• Classes must be booked in advance through approved booking methods
• Class availability is subject to capacity limits
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances
• Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons

4.2 Membership Terms

• Monthly memberships automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice
• Class packages expire 3 months from purchase date
• Memberships and packages are non-transferable
• Membership benefits apply only during active membership periods

5. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance of service delivery
• Prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT
• Payment can be made via approved payment methods
• Failed payments may result in class access suspension
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Class Cancellations

• Individual class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in class credit forfeiture
• ClipitSG-initiated cancellations will result in full credit or refund

6.2 Membership Cancellations

• Monthly memberships require 30 days' written notice for cancellation
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused class packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no classes have been attended

6.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval
• Medical-related cancellations may be eligible for prorated refunds with documentation
• No refunds for services already rendered

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Health Requirements

• Participants must be in good physical health to participate in classes
• Consult your physician before beginning any fitness program
• Inform instructors of any injuries or health conditions
• Pregnancy or recent surgery requires medical clearance

7.2 Safety Guidelines

• Follow all instructor guidance and studio rules
• Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear
• Bring water and towel to classes
• Report any injuries immediately to staff
• Participate at your own fitness level and ability

8. Liability and Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT: By participating in ClipitSG classes, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You participate voluntarily at your own risk
• You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages
• ClipitSG is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses
• You waive claims against ClipitSG, its instructors, and staff

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat staff and other participants with respect
• Maintain appropriate personal hygiene
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Follow studio policies and instructor directions
• Respect studio equipment and facilities
• Not use recording devices without permission

10. Intellectual Property

• All choreography, music playlists, and class content are proprietary to ClipitSG
• Recording, photographing, or reproducing classes is prohibited
• The ClipitSG name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws.

• Website content is for informational purposes only
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content
• Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, with venue in Eindhoven, North Brabant.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
